Pediatric Neurosurgery most commonly involves treatment of congenital conditions such as hydrocephalus, spinal defects such as myelomeningocele, or treatment if intraventricular hemorrhage in premature infants.

Craniosynostosis surgery is offered in conjunction with Antonio Santin, M.D., a local Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon who has a special interest in these disorders.

Most other pediatric disorders including brain tumors and vascular malformations can be treated locally as well.

Since 1991, most of the pediatric neurosurgical cases in Northcentral Montana have been treated through this office.
