CyberKnife Radiosurgery

CyberKnife stereotactic radiosurgery is the newest treatment option available for certain disorders of the brain and spine.

This treatment involves aiming multiple fine beams of radiation through multiple trajectories so that all beams reach a single target, thereby giving a very high, very precise dose of radiation to the target, but giving a very low dose of radiation to the surrounding normal tissues. With this technology, treatment can be offered for previously untreatable lesions

Conditions that are treatable with CyberKnife include:

    Tumors.

    Vascular Malformations

    Trigeminal Neuralgia

    Acoustic Neuroma

    Meningioma
